Responsibilities
● Lead the UX design, from user research to wireframes to prototypes to testing
● Work closely with various stakeholders and the Product Owner to design new features
and improvements on existing features
● Create detailed wireframes and mockups to iterate with stakeholders and communicate
with developers on how to build the designs
● Understand the analytical data and its uses to meet customer expectations better and
needs via design
● Create intuitive interfaces to make big, complicated datasets understandable and
actionable
● Build and maintain a strong visual and usability brand identity through all features and
designs
Skills
● User-centered design and testing methodology experience
● Advanced skills in prototyping tools are required, and familiarity with TypeScript, CSS,
and a framework like Svelte is extremely beneficial
● Experience in designing data visualization and analytics applications
● Ability to work with a large cross-section of people, including business stakeholders,
subject matter experts, and developers
● Analyze user feedback and alter designs to deliver features to customers better
● Strong communication skills
